When washing your hair, starting at the scalp is crucial. Like your hairdresser at the salon, spend 3 minutes on your scalp. It’s not just an impromptu scalp massage. Scrubbing the scalp helps remove dirt, sebum, and build-up that collects there. Spending less than three minutes is like quickly running a mop over a dirty floor rather than scrubbing the grime off. Ewww. And don’t neglect the rinse. Make sure to really rinse your hair. Any residue from the shampoo will make your hair feel heavy or unclean.
Step 1: Saturate your hair with warm water and massage your scalp to break up sediment and product residue before applying your shampoo.Â
Step 2: While your hair is still saturated, apply the shampoo and massage your scalp using the same technique your hairdresser uses when you go to your salon. Starting at the scalp is vital. Like your hairdresser, spend 3 minutes on your scalp. It’s not just an impromptu scalp massage. Scrubbing the scalp helps remove dirt, sebum, and build-up that collects there. IMPORTANT TIP… most people miss this!
Step 3: Rinse your hair thoroughly. Make sure to really rinse your hair. Any residue from the shampoo will make your hair feel heavy or unclean.Â
You may want to shampoo twice if you use styling products, dry shampoos, if your hair is thick or coarse, or if you go several days between washing and have extra build-up. The second shampoo really lifts the impurities and cleans your hair. Plus you’ll find the second shampoo lathers up more easily.
Step 4: Â Gently squeeze your hair to drain the excess water before applying your Invigorate biotin conditioner. You can use a wide-tooth comb to spread evenly and detangle from ends to roots. Let your conditioner soak in for a few minutes.

Step 5: Rinse until your hair feels fully clean, and there’s no slippery texture. Thoroughly rinsing your hair is a critical last-step to your washing routine. You may have heard that it’s good to leave a little conditioner in your hair, but this is not a “leave-in conditioner.” Lifeless hair is often the result of too much conditioner or not rinsing it well enough from your hair. Nice and Tingly
I’ve recently had surgery and one of the drawbacks is hair loss over the course of a few months. I’ve noticed less hair falling out when I shower now – I’m not sure if it’s just the time for that to stop happening or if this product is helping in that regard. But anyway the product smells great and leaves a nice, refreshing tingling sensation on the scalp. Definitely recommend and I wish I had heard about it sooner.

Love this shampoo and conditioner. My hair stylist noticed the improvement without me even telling her that I had changed shampoos. I rate the shampoo a 5 stars, but I downgraded it because I am very disappointed that you cannot purchase this particular line in the 16 oz bottles
AMAZING hair regrowth started!!
I’ve been using this product for about 7 weeks, shampooing twice a week sometimes 3 times. I have some hair loss near my widow’s peak (above the temples) on both sides and hormonal hair loss.
I was noticing over the past weekend that I have new growth, baby hair on both sides in the widow’s peak area!! I haven’t had hair growing in that area and a matter of fact actually losing more in the past 3 years!
This, to me, is AMAZING! I’m 55, I have semi-thick, color-treated and wavy shoulder length hair. I do have hormonal hair that comes out when combing but not as much as I did before using this product for sure.
I love the smell and the shampoo does create a great lather. I’m not a fan of the smell of tea tree but in this product it doesn’t bother me one bit. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is suffering a bit of hair loss or just for someone who’s not.

I absolutely love this set! Since it’s chemical free it takes a minute to get use to the lack of lathering. The scent is interesting – almost like a cross between an orange push up and Fast Orange soap. That isn’t a bad thing and it isn’t overpowering.

I bought the Biotin Hair Rescue Shampoo and Conditioner because I was interested in bringing new life to my lackluster, thinning hair without adding too many chemicals. I did my research and read the reviews, which promised great results, so I decided to give it a try.
At first, I wasn’t impressed. I have short, shoulder length hair and usually use very little shampoo, so I started with a dime sized amount of the Biotin. I got my hair sopping wet, followed the directions for massaging it in and adding more water as needed, but I didn’t get a lather. I was not concerned about that, however, as I have been used to using low-poo shampoos that don’t lather much. What did bother me, however, was the greasy feeling that my hair was left with, even after it had dried. After this happened a 2nd time, I contacted customer service for advice and got an immediate response (I was quite surprised by this).
She advised me to use more shampoo (at least a quarter size amount), make sure my hair is plenty wet while adding more water as necessary to get a lather, and massage it in. I did this and noticed the results immediately. And my hair was silky, soft and shiny upon drying. No more greasy residue!
I look forward to more improvements in my hair health with continued use of this product!
