Most beauty brands don’t have any relationship with consumers. At LuxeOrganix, we’re in constant contact with our community, and this goes way beyond our customer service team. LuxeOrganix has been and always will be built around our customers’ feedback. We reach out daily and talk directly with our customers every day. We meet them in person, on the phone, on social media, and through email.
To the surprise of many, our community of smart customers write us notes – and we write back! We pay attention to what you are purchasing from us and listen closely to what matters to you, and use your feedback to develop our lines.
Just ask Jessica S. – she let us know she’d love a shampoo and conditioner for preventing greasy-looking hair and voila! LuxeOrganix Invigorate Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner set was born.
Or ask Theresa B. – she asked for our Brilliant Eyes cream to be made available in a pump instead of a jar, and we delivered (great idea, thanks Theresa!). It’s now offered in a gorgeous airless pump that prevents contamination and prolongs the freshness of the organic ingredients.

Doing What’s Right
Caring for our neighbors, our communities, and enabling a better future is more than just a give-back program for us. We’re kind because it’s the right thing to do and we believe in leading by example.
Our regular contributions go to local women’s shelters, where we provide them with LuxeOrganix products, reminding them of their value and the beauty within themselves.
As a part of a special needs family, also near and dear to our hearts are those who help individuals and families with physical, emotional and behavioral difficulties.
From the beginning, our LuxeOrganix U.S. based family-owned business has and will continue to support special needs organizations, such as ARCA Opening Doors, a non-profit that provides support and creates opportunities for children and adults with intellectual, developmental and cognitive disabilities to live great lives.
Investing in the Future
We believe that everyone should have a good education. It opens doors and strengthens communities. A good education is an investment in the future — both for the student and the community.
That’s why we support the Arizona Tuition Organization (AZTO). AZTO is a state-certified School Tuition Organization that focuses on supporting Christian Education in Arizona.
