Please note: Refunds or replacements cannot be offered if the order(s) with a valid tracking number show delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request with instructions on how to ship the items back.
Once your returns have been received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days. This can take longer, depending on your bank’s or credit card’s returns policies.
Cost for return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
