At LuxeOrganix, we believe in transparency in all that we do.

That’s why we want you to know that we fumbled, and that we’re fixing it.

What Happened?

A short time ago, we decided to launch our Brilliant Eyes Bio-Advanced Daily Eye Cream in an airless pump. We love the airless pump because it keeps the product fresher for longer, keeps it from getting contaminated, and delivers every drop to you.

Great reasons, right?

But something happened and we missed it. It wasn’t until a few of our customers left negative reviews that we realized there was a problem.

Ouch. Nobody wants to see a 2-star review…

What We’re Doing About It

We soon discovered that the original formula was too thin for the pump, which caused some of our first eye cream pumps to have some difficulties. Sometimes the pump was difficult to operate, or it shot cream out too quickly (landing everywhere but where you wanted it).

We quickly remedied this by making a slight adjustment to the thickness of the cream, and since then, all of of our current eye cream pumps appear to be functioning properly with all the benefits you would expect with an airless pump.

But still, we are sorry if your first experience with our new eye cream pump might not have been exceptional.
